2 Live Stews Headline Broadcast for Tuskegee/Morehouse Classic Game On Bounce TV

ATLANTA-- The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced today that radio and television personalities Doug and Ryan Stewart, also known as the "2 Live Stews," will headline Saturday's broadcast of the Tuskegee-Morehouse Classic football game, airing live on Bounce TV.

The 78th edition between two of college football's oldest rivals, Tuskegee University and Morehouse College,  will be featured as the "SIAC Game of the Week" on the network, which is the nation's fastest growing and only broadcast television network for African-Americans. Kickoff for the game played at the historic AJ McClung Stadium in Columbus, GA is set for Saturday afternoon at 2:07 p.m.
Ryan Stewart, a former NFL player and standout at Georgia Tech, will serve as the color analyst along with his veteran play-by-play partner James Verrett, in addition to Doug Stewart's role as the sideline reporter.

The Moncks Corner, SC natives, took the nation by storm becoming the first African-American sports talk radio show, hitting the airwaves in October of 2001 at the Atlanta-based radio station 790 The Zone. The "2 Live Stews" brand quickly emerged as one of the nation's most highly acclaimed talk shows as the show's foundation was set on the blunt, "keep it real" approach, which differed from averaged sports talk shows. The "2 Live Stews" eventually became the stations highest-rated show, which afforded the duo the opportunity to become nationally syndicated and featured guest on ESPN's First Take.

For Saturday's contest, the 2013 edition of the Tuskegee/Morehouse Classic will feature two teams vying for the opportunity to take another step towards earning the right to play in the upcoming SIAC Centennial Football Championship. Last week, Tuskegee (4-1, 2-0 SIAC) defeated Fort Valley State 21-13 in a rematch of the 2012 SIAC Championship Game. In a game intense battle featured on Bounce TV last week, Morehouse (2-3, 0-1 SIAC) lost a 21-17 heartbreaker to its backyard rival, Clark Atlanta University in the team's SIAC opener. Last year,  the Golden Tigers defeated Morehouse 21-13 in a highly competitive game played before a crowd of 15,000 spectators. Tuskegee eventually claimed the school's 29th SIAC Championship.
