SIAC Tennis Championship Set for Peachtree City
Peachtree City, Ga (April 15, 2018) - The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) is set to begin their first round tournament play on Monday, April 16 at 1:00 p.m. The match will be played at Peachtree Tennis Center in Peachtree City, Ga.
For men’s tennis, the No. 2 seed Morehouse is set to play No. 3 Tuskegee on Monday, April 16 beginning at 1 p.m. Immediately following, the No. 1 seed Benedict is set to play No. 4 Fort Valley State.
For women’s tennis, the No. 2 seed Clark Atlanta is set to play No. 3 Albany State beginning at 1 p.m. Shortly after, the No. 1 seed Benedict is set to play No. 4 Fort Valley State.
The finals will begin on Tuesday, April 17 with a start time of 1 p.m. where the advancing teams will face each other for a chance to claim the title of 2018 SIAC Tennis Tournament Champion and the non-advancing teams will face each other to determine the third and fourth place seeding.
