Female Runner of the Week, while
Ronny Kiprono (Morehouse) earned
Male Runner of the Week, released by the league office on Wednesday.
Female Runner of the Week – Madeline Knightly, Spring Hill
Madeline Knightly paced Spring Hill with a season-best time of 25:03.6 and finished 26th overall at the Berry College Invitational on Saturday. The Badgers' women's team placed ninth out of 19 scoring teams in the 6,000-meter course race.
Male Runner of the Week – Ronny Kiprono, Morehouse
Morehouse’s Kiprono finished Top 20 out of all collegiate athletes and paced the Maroon Tigers finishing with a time of 26:49.7 in the 8,000-meter course race at the Berry College Invitational last weekend. Morehouse finished 4th-place with 127 points in a field of 14 teams.
