ATHENS, Ala. – The Spring Hill College men's golf team placed sixth out of eight teams in the Spring Bulldog Bash at Canebrake Golf Club on Tuesday.
The Badgers shot a season-low three-round team score of 880 (299-294-287) over the 7,237-yard, par-72 course and were 34 strokes back from Shorter (Ga.), who took won the tournament while shooting 846 (276-284-286). Shorter's Jean Louis du Plessis (66-72-69—207) earned medalist honors at the event.
Jackson Maniscalco (73-68-73—214) tied for 10th overall after carding a career-low 4-under-par 68 in the second round. Brennan Dolnick (75-71-72—218) tied for 21st individually at the tournament, followed by Brayden Seguin (75-78-70—223), who tied for 31st.
Rasmus Malmborg (76-77-76) and Chris Brignet (78-79-72) tied for 41st with a tournament score of 229.
