ATLANTA, GA - Football enthusiasts are bracing for another intense battle as the 2023 season continues to unfold. On Saturday, September 9, the Fort Valley Wildcats will face the Clark Atlanta Panthers for their 73rd historical showdown. This highly anticipated matchup serves as the home opener for the Panthers, promising a thrilling encounter between the two storied programs.

The Wildcats have emerged victorious in nine of the last ten matchups against the Panthers but have less than a week to prepare following their intense matchup during the Boeing Red Tails Classic, resulting in a 37-31 loss for the Wildcats.

Setting the stage for a fierce rivalry and a potential reversal of fortunes, this is anyone’s game.
