ATLANTA — The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced its SIAC Women’s Volleyball Players of the Week on Tuesday, Sept. 24, honoring student-athletes for impressive performances in matches played last week.

Clark Atlanta) were recognized.
OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – SAVANNAH EVERETT, SAVANNAH STATE UNIVERSITY
Outside Hitter | Junior | Colorado Springs, Colo.
Everett totaled 85 kills on the week for an average of 17 kills per game, along with 18 digs and three blocks as the Lady Tigers went 4-1 on the week.
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – KLOE LUDY, SAVANNAH STATE UNIVERSITY
Libero | Senior | Lafayette, Ga.
Ludy had 87 digs and averaged 17.4 digs per match as the Lady Tigers went 4-1 on the week. Ludy also had a season-high 22 digs in two matches this week.
SETTER OF THE WEEK – AMBER GREGORY, KENTUCKY STATE UNIVERSITY
Setter | Senior | Southfield, Ill.
Gregory delivered a standout performance this past weekend, leading Kentucky State's 6-2 offense in assists across all four matches. She had seven aces, 93 assists and 26 digs.
NEWCOMER OF THE WEEK – DEJA JACKSON, CLARK ATLANTA UNIVERSITY
Setter | Freshman | Newnan, Ga.
Jackson had an amazing outing at her first SIAC Crossover after tallying 124 assists over four matches this past weekend. She hoisted a game-high and career-high 49 assists in a win over Miles College to help the Lady Panthers finish the crossover 3-1 to improve to 5-5 overall.
