SIAC Men’s Volleyball Weekly Honors: Feb. 4

ATLANTA — The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced its SIAC Men’s Volleyball Players of the Week on Tuesday, Feb. 4, honoring student-athletes for impressive performances in matches played last week. Isaiah Fedd (Fort Valley State), Benjamin Latham (Central State) and Oneil Daley (Edward Waters) were recognized.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – ISAIAH FEDD, FORT VALLEY STATE UNIVERSITY
Outside Hitter | Junior | Apopka, Fla.
Fedd compiled a .370 hitting percentage across four matches against three nationally ranked opponents. He finished with 125 kills (4.03 k/s) on 235 attempts while adding seven assists, 11 service aces, 32 digs and 13 total blocks. Fedd averaged 9.25 kills per match and had 20+ kills in three outings, with a high of 23 in the win over Barry University.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – BENJAMIN LATHAM, CENTRAL STATE UNIVERSITY
Libero/Defensive Specialist | Junior | Jacksonville, Fla.
During a week that saw the Marauders face the USC Trojans, Latham averaged 3.33 digs per set and passed a 2.3 (2.3/3) in serve receive.

SETTER OF THE WEEK – ONEIL DALEY, EDWARD WATERS UNIVERSITY
Setter/Libero | Senior | Spanish Town, Jamaica
Daley led the Tigers with 111 total assists across three matches last week. He also recorded 30+ assists each game and finished with 31 total digs, four aces and two double-doubles.
