ATLANTA — The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced its SIAC Men's Track and Field Athletes of the Week on Tuesday, April 8, honoring student-athletes for impressive performances in meets last week.
Central State's QiAden Marks and
Jevon Warren were recognized.
MEN'S TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK – QIADEN MARKS, CENTRAL STATE UNIVERSITY
Junior | Akron, Ohio
Marks finished on top of the podium at the 57th Annual Centre College Invite last week. He ran a season best 1:57 in the 800m, and his first place finished helped the Marauders to a fourth-place finish overall.
MEN'S FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK – JEVON WARREN, CENTRAL STATE UNIVERSITY
Sophomore | Calumet City, Ill.
Warren finished as the 57th Annual Centre College Invitational Champion last week. He took first place in the high jump at 1.90m.
