Fort Valley State's Fedd tabbed AVCA All-American

LEXINGTON, Ky. — Fort Valley State University men's volleyball outside hitter Isaiah Fedd has been recognized as an American Volleyball Coaches Association honorable mention All-America selection, marking a historic honor for the junior standout.

Fedd delivered a dominant 2025 campaign, finishing with 284 kills (3.84 per set) and a .387 hitting percentage. At the service line, he totaled 40 aces (0.54 per set), while compiling 341.5 points overall (4.61 per set). Defensively, he added 95 digs (1.28 per set) and contributed 30 total blocks (0.41 per set) at the net.
 
Fedd ranks among the best in NCAA National Collegiate. He is seventh in aces per set (0.54), 10th in hitting percentage (.387), 11th in points per set (4.61), and 14th in kills per set (3.84).
 
He leads the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference in both service aces (40) and total points (341.5), while ranking second in hitting percentage (.387) and kills (284).
 
Fedd becomes just the second All-American in FVSU men's volleyball history, joining Jaxon Hicks, who earned the honor in 2024.
 
The Wildcats will now turn their focus to the NCAA NC Men's Volleyball Championship Elite Eight, where they will face Long Beach State University on Thursday, May 8 at 5 p.m. ET.
