SIAC Men's Volleyball Weekly Honors: Feb. 10

ATLANTA — The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced its Men's Volleyball Players of the Week on Tuesday, Feb. 10, honoring student-athletes for impressive performances in matches played last week. Isaiah Fedd, Muhammad Mbaye and Jeremyah Gaston of Fort Valley State University were recognized.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – ISAIAH FEDD, FORT VALLEY STATE UNIVERSITY
Outside Hitter | Senior | Apopka, Fla.
Fedd led the Wildcats this past week with 46 kills through two matches with a .386 clip. On the offensive side he also added six service aces. To round out his week on defense he had four block assists and 17 digs.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – MUHAMMAD MBAYE, FORT VALLEY STATE UNIVERSITY
Opposite Hitter/Middle Blocker | Senior | New York, N.Y.
Mbaye led the Wildcat blocking effort with five block assists. He also added 10 kills and three digs.

SETTER OF THE WEEK – JEREMYAH GASTON, FORT VALLEY STATE UNIVERSITY
Setter/Opposite Hitter | Graduate | Charlotte, N.C.
Gaston paced the offense with a 50 assist week through two matches. He also added a solo block, a block assist, 14 digs and three kills.
