ATLANTA — The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced its Women’s Track and Field Athletes of the Week on Tuesday, March 10, honoring student-athletes for impressive performances in meets last week.

WOMEN'S TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK – CADENCE TANNER, ALBANY STATE UNIVERSITY
Junior | Minneapolis, Minn.
Tanner delivered an outstanding all-around performance at the Embry-Riddle Eagle Invite, making a major impact on the track and in the field for the Lady Golden Rams. Tanner placed fourth in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.03 and also finished second in the long jump with a mark of 5.49 meters (18’ 0.25”). She also ran a key leg on Albany State’s 4x400-meter relay team that finished second, helping the Lady Golden Rams earn a strong third-place team finish.
WOMEN'S FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK – KAYLEE HOLLOWAY, ALBANY STATE UNIVERSITY

Hall turned in a strong two-event performance in the throwing events this week, leading his team with consistent marks in both the shot put and discus. Hall recorded a 14.43-meter throw in the shot put, demonstrating solid power and technique while competing among the top field athletes in the meet. He also delivered an impressive performance in the discus, posting a mark of 39.98 meters, showcasing his versatility and ability to score points across multiple throwing disciplines.
