ATLANTA — The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced its Men's Volleyball Players of the Week on Tuesday, March 24, honoring student-athletes for impressive performances in matches played last week.

Edward Waters) were recognized.
OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – ISAIAH FEDD, FORT VALLEY STATE UNIVERSITY
Outside Hitter | Senior | Apopka, Fla.
Fedd led Fort Valley State to a pair of straight-set wins against Kentucky State last week. He totaled 15 kills on 20 attempts for a .700 hitting percentage. In the first match, Fedd recorded seven kills on 11 swings (.545) and followed with eight kills on nine attempts (.889) in the second meeting. Fedd finished with 19.0 total points, averaging 2.50 kills per set and 3.17 points per set. He also contributed three service aces, 10 digs and two block assists, impacting all phases across six sets.
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – JEREMIAH MARTINEZ, EDWARD WATERS UNIVERSITY
Defensive Specialist/Libero | Sophomore | Midland, Texas
Martinez had a pair of outstanding performances for Edward Waters as the Tigers finished the weekend 1-1 in a pair of matches against Central State. He compiled 21 total digs and an assist across two games. Martinez notched a career best 16 digs in EWU's 3-1 home victory over the Marauders.
SETTER OF THE WEEK – CADEN HOUSTON, EDWARD WATERS UNIVERSITY

Houston has an impressive weekend for Edward Waters helping the Tigers to a 1-1 record on the week in SIAC matchups against Central State. He totaled 79 assists, five digs, two blocks and one kill across the two matches. Houston set a career high mark on 48 assists in EWU's 3-1 home victory over CSU.
