PLAYER OF THE WEEK – RYAN CAMPBELL, KENTUCKY STATE UNIVERSITY
Outfielder/Left-Handed Pitcher
| Senior | Canton, Mich.
Campbell turned in a performance for the record books on April 4, tallying eight RBIs, four home runs, and five runs scored in a single contest. His four-homer outing left him just one shy of the all-time NCAA record. The game itself made history, ranking second all-time in NCAA Division II for combined hits between two teams. Campbell maintained his hot streak throughout the series against LeMoyne-Owen, hitting .500 (7-for-14) with seven runs scored.
PITCHER OF THE WEEK – TYLER PFIRRMANN, EDWARD WATERS UNIVERSITY
Pitcher | Junior | Castle Rock, Colo.
Pfirrmann has been one of the most dominant pitches in all of the SIAC this season and he continued his impressive play on the mound in EWU's three game road sweep over Miles. Pfirrman tossed 7.0 innings, collecting eight strikeouts, while only allowing five hits and no earned runs in the Tigers 5-1 victory over the Golden Bears. With the win, Pfirrmann improved to 7-1 on the season.
