2016-17 SIAC Championships

The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) recognizes official champions in 13 sponsored sports. The SIAC conducts championship events in seven men's sports (baseball, basketball, cross country, football, golf, tennis and track & field) and six women's sports (basketball, cross country, softball, tennis, track & field and volleyball).

Listed below and in chronological order are the 2016-17 SIAC Championship Events.
 
 
Cross Country, Men
  • DATE -- October 21, 2016
  • LOCATION -- Winthrop University (Rock Hill, S.C.)
  • TIME -- 9:00 am (women’s race, men’s race will begin shortly after)
  • ABOUT THE CHAMPIONSHIP:
    • All teams qualify.

    • Top two teams from each division compete in a championship game. Championship game host alternates between east and west division every year.
