ATLANTA-The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced its 2013 All-SIAC Football Team, Superlatives, and All-Academic Team today, as voted by the SIAC Football Coaches Association.

After a banner year, Lane College quarterback Chris Rini was picked unanimously as the SIAC Player and Offensive Player of the Year. Albany State University All-American defensive back Dexter Moody was named SIAC Defensive Player of the Year. Moody, rated as one of Division II's top defensive backs, was all over the field this season and was the field general for the top defensive unit in the SIAC. The senior from Twin Cities, GA finished the season with 45 total tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss, a forced fumble, a block punt, and three interceptions. He was also named Most Valuable Player of the SIAC Football Championship Game.
