ATLANTA,Ga. (May 24, 2022) - The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) announced today that it has reached a three-year agreement with Cricket Wireless, making the company the official wireless provider of the SIAC.
“We are very proud to welcome Cricket Wireless as the Official Wireless Provider of the SIAC,” said Greg Moore, SIAC Commissioner. “Cricket is the first wireless service provider to team up with the SIAC and is committed to continue its investment in HBCUs. We look forward to working with Cricket over the next three years.”
The alliance allows Cricket the opportunity to bring exciting experiences to SIAC fans at all Historically Black Colleges/Universities (HBCUs) members within the league. Cricket Wireless will also be the presenting sponsor of both the SIAC Football Championship Game and SIAC Basketball Championship Tournament, as well as the title sponsor of all SIAC Olympic sports championships.
Cricket Wireless will work with SIAC Student-Athlete Advisory Committees (SAAC) to support community service and engagement activities, including auxiliary organizations (e.g., cheerleaders and mascots) to create user-generated content to promote SIAC rivalries and Cricket Wireless services.

Cricket Wireless will also be the title sponsor of all SIAC Olympic Sports Championships (e.g., Cross Country, Men's and Women's Volleyball, Baseball, Softball, Golf, Tennis, and Track & Field).
